Final Fantasy XIII-2 Theme Song Announced

Final Fantasy XIII-2 will be released in December 15, 2011 in Japan and the following month in the US, and the game is not complete without their theme song.

It was announced recently that Mai Fukui and Charice will both sing the theme song of Final Fantasy XIII-2, as for Mai Fukui; she will be singing the Japanese version for the PlayStation 3 while Charice will sing the English version for both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 (English and Japanese) ports. The two versions will have different lyrics and music arrangements.

 

 

The song is entitled “Yakusoku no Basho” or “New World” in English, you can catch a glimpse of the music from the video below:

 

 

 

The New World theme song will release its single album on November 23 in Japan.
