We tested the R7 260 on Unigine’s Heaven Benchmark and so far the results were pretty impressive. With settings maxed out, it still provided an average of 30.1 FPS.

As for games, we tested the R7 260 on Borderlands 2 and Batman: Arkham Origins, both games can run on high framerates in certain areas but it does not exceed below 30 frames. You can check the video below for the gameplay footage of the two games that are running the said video card.

In regards to temperature, the R7 260 reaches around 50 to 60 degrees Celsius when running high-end games and stays at 27 to 32 degrees when not exerting much power.

Overall the R7 260 is a good video card if you are looking for a card that is around PhP 6,000 or something that have a similar price range with the old HD 7770 card. Packing good performance on high-end games But if you are looking for a replacement for your current HD 7770 with the same price range, you might have to opt for the R7 260X which is more than a thousand Pesos expensive.
