Will this be about an official release date?

Mark your calendars indeed as Square Enix confirms that we might be seeing more of Lara Croft next week as they plan to make an announcement about their upcoming title, Rise of the Tomb Raider. No additional information nor hints as what the announcement might be but fans are already speculating that the official release date for the game, which is currently marked as “Holiday 2015” could be finally revealed.

Rise of the Tomb Raider  is the sequel to the 2013 reboot Tomb Raider and follows the new adventures of Lara Croft after the events of the Yamatai, Rise of the Tomb Raider features a new crafting system, a day and night cycle that has affects some gameplay mechanics and an improved combat system focusing on stealth and sneak attacks. The title is set as an Xbox One exclusive and will hopefully port to other platforms.
