We have a winner to represent the Philippines for the Heroes of the Storm SEA Finals.

July 25 was a day to remember for the Heroes of the Storm community, as this was the Philippine finals for the newest MOBA game from Blizzard. Held at Breakr:One Internet Cafe at San Juan City, eight teams from different regions that won from their respective regional tournaments have gathered to find out who is more deserving to represent the country. The matches were intense during the whole day event, but only one can become the victor.

In the end, it was Team Bibingka that reigned supreme, bagging the championship plus a PhP 200,000 cash prize and Razer gear along with a spot to compete at the Southeast Asia finals that will be held in Thailand, where the winner of the said tournament will earn a spot to participate in the World Championship at Blizzcon. Wargods landed the 2nd spot but still managed to bring home PhP 100,000. Aside from the tournament, the PH Finals was a great opportunity for other teams to interact with fellow HoTS players for a chance to make friends, and along with a free flowing food, drinks and hourly raffle draws, it was fun-filled day for the HoTS players.

The event was hosted by Asiasoft as one of their highlights in bringing the community closer and their way to support the cyber athletes. Congratulations to Team Bibingka and looking forward to them to bring home the bacon.
