Vive Consumer Edition ready to roll out this coming April 2016

Valve and HTC’s Virtual Reality collaboration, dubbed as the Vive, finally unveils the consumer version of their VR headset and prepares for the pre-order phase this coming February 29, 2016.

Packed with additional features such as Phone Functionality through being able to receive and answer calls and messages, and as well as checking calendar invites, the Vive is not just set for pure gaming but also ensures that you are “connected to the real world, without exiting the virtual world”.

The HTC Vive is priced at $799.00, and for a limited edition, will also ship 2 Virtual Reality titles: Job Simulator and Fantastic Corporation. Pre-order will kick off this coming February 29, with the devices to roll out sometime in April 2016.
