So, #SteamNChill?

The popular video game digital distribution platform has now fully become multimedia as it receives its newest digital products through the form of movies produced and created by Lionsgate. This recent partnership brings in more than 100 Lionsgate Film titles over at Steam including popular movie franchises such as the Hunger Games series, Divergent series and even the Saw series.

Lionsgate’s President of Worldwide Television & Digital Distribution Jim Packer has this to say about the recent partnership:

We’re delighted to partner with Steam, a leader in the digital entertainment and gaming space, as part of our commitment to remain at the cutting edge of innovation in delivering content to online audiences around the world, With over 125 million users, Steam represents a unique, exciting and disruptive opportunity to expand our global distribution business.

While not of the promised titles are available yet as of the writing of this article, a few films from the Lionsgate lineup are now ready for purchase through Steam, with more titles to be added soon.
