Prepare yourself for more gunpla as we bring you them cool and awesome entries for GMKC 2016

GMKC or the Gundam Model Kit Contest is an annual model kit competition focusing on model kits from the highly popular robot franchise, Gundam which is known as Gunpla. While a counterpart of GBWC or the Gunpla Builders World Cup, GMKC focuses more on out-of-the-box customization, using only the parts that are included in the participant’s model kit package. The contest is much more focus on the contestant’s ability on basic Gunpla assembly, painting techniques, line scribing and panel lining, weathering and battle damage and of course, action poses.

Nearly 100 contestants have participated in this year’s GMKC Philippines for different categories, and each showcasing their abilities using their chosen Gunpla kits, Cash prizes, Gunpla gift packs and a chance to attend the Gunpla Expo in South Korea are at stake in GMKC Philippines 2016, making it one of the Gunpla events to look forward to by Filipino Gunpla enthusiasts.
