100 player mayhem on a whole new level.
Moments after confirming that they will be bringing the popular MMO Shooter PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS to China , e-commerce titan Tencent has also unveiled that they have been working on a battle royale title on their own called Europa.
While the gameplay follows PUBG’s with its 100 man player-versus-player setup wherein players land on an island, loot whatever weapon they find and try to be the last man standing, Europa’s new element involves destructible environments, meaning that you can shoot through concrete, charge through walls and even blow up freaking ports.
The game is said to be set for release sometime next year with a beta test to start in December. Aside from destructible environments, Europa also plans to include real time weather systems and even utilizing environmental elements to score kills like shooting crane hooks to drop metal tubes on top of your enemy or running them down by crashing your vehicle onto a wall.
