Don’t lose your way when the game arrives in 2019.

Studio Trigger and Arc System Works have announced that they will team up to release a video game for Trigger’s hit anime Kill la Kill, a teaser site was revealed a few days ago showing a countdown to a major announcement. Trigger was founded by former Gainax (Neon Genesis Evangelion) employees and was known for popular series such as Little Witch Academia and the latest Darling in the Franxx.

A new website has been revealed for the Kill la Kill game which showed a couple of screenshots of the game along with some details, such as APLUS being the developer of the game and Arc System Works as the publisher. APLUS was known for developing games such as the 3DS games of the River City series, Asterisk War: Phoenix Festa for the Vita and the recently launched My Little Witch Academia: Chamber of Time by Bandai Namco.

The Kill la Kill game will be a battle action game that can be played by 1-2 players and judging from the screenshots, it is possible to be free roaming fighting game that is similar from the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm games. This is expected to be available sometime in 2019, no platform was mention on where will this become playable but more details will be revealed at the upcoming Anime Expo 2018 in Los Angeles on July 5 to 8 where Character Designer Sushio and Creative Officer Hiromi Wakabayashi will be present.
