With more games, and a much bigger venue, REV Major, the Philippines’ premiere multi-title Fighting Game tournament enters its 3^rd year with a bang as it hosts 12 different fighting game tournaments inside the cavernous halls of The Tent, Solaire Resorts & Casino.

More Games, More Tournaments

Together with TEKKEN 7, REV Major 2019 will also be home to tournaments of other popular and newly released Fighting Games, ranging from 3D to 2D fighters such as Street Fighter V, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Dragon Ball FighterZ, Marvel vs Capcom 2, Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2, BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle, Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late[st], King of Fighters XIV, Mortal Kombat 11, Samurai Shodown and Soul Calibur VI. In addition to the main games, which will be featured on the stage, more games are also planned to be added as part of the side and community tournament features.

Fight in the Global Pro Circuit!

Now a Master Event of the TEKKEN World Tour, the competition has never been fiercer for REV Major 2019’s main title, TEKKEN 7. With the winner to be awarded 300 points, players from all around the globe are challenged to be part of the Philippines’ premiere fighting game event, as winning will now grant them a very significant boost in the leaderboards on their journey to become this year’s best TEKKEN player.

In addition to becoming a Master Event for the TEKKEN World Tour, another fighting game tournament in REV Major 2019 will also be part of the global stage as its Dragon Ball FighterZ event has just been revealed to be part of the DBFZ World Tour.

Venue fit for the big stage

With a total of 12 main tournaments, this year’s REV Major will be heading to a bigger home that is The Tent, Solaire Resorts & Casino, a venue that is nearly 3 times the size of the event’s previous site. Looking to welcome more than just participants, REV Major 2019 will also be openings its doors for FREE to spectators so they too can experience the hype of the Fighting Game Community.
