Overwatch 2020 ACE Championship – a tournament to profile emerging Overwatch teams from Asia makes its debut on 22 August 2020. Organized by AKG Games and with a US$100,000 prize pool funded by Activision Blizzard Esports, some of Asia-Pacific’s leading Overwatch teams will battle for glory in this inaugural tournament.

Overwatch ACE is open exclusively to players from Southeast Asia as well as Hong Kong, India, Japan, Macau, and Taiwan. Registration for this tournament begins on 3 August 2020 at bit.ly/OWACE2020 and ends on 17 August 2020. The Championship playoffs of Overwatch ACE will be streamed on 3 – 4 October 2020 at AKG’s YouTube channel as well as the Overwatch Twitch channel. Highlights from the Overwatch ACE Open Qualifier and Overwatch ACE Group Stage will be made available on AKG’s YouTube channel.
