Enjoy the brand-new hunting experience in Monster Hunter Rise now available on Nintendo Switch

Experience new actions with the Wirebug & Buddies

Use the Wirebug to freely traverse locales! The Wirebug doesn’t just feel great to move around with, it introduces powerful new weapon attacks as well.

Wyvern Riding

Wreak havoc by controlling monsters! Wyvern Riding is a new feature that lets you bind monsters so you can control them. Normally, monsters are your biggest enemy, but you can turn them into your greatest ally if you’re smart!

Palamutes are a new type of Buddy that will join you on your hunts. They will synchronize their attacks with you, and they will even let you ride on their backs! As long as you’re riding a Palamute, you will not consume any stamina, so you can run across the fields to your heart’s content. You can even use some items and recover health while on the move!

Enter a new hunting dimension with the 14 weapon types!

Thanks to the Wirebug’s powers, your actions are bigger, more powerful, and more spectacular than ever before! Pick the armor and Talismans that best suit your playstyle, and get ready for a new hunt!

Hunt Ferocious Monsters Down

There are plenty of monsters with unique ecologies. Both new and series monsters make their appearances in MHRise! Can you hunt all of them down?

Fend off hordes of monsters in The Rampage

This is a new quest type where you have to protect Kamura Village from hordes of monsters. Use Hunting Installations and occasionally get up-close and personal to complete these quests!

Get Together in Multiplayer

There are two ways of engaging in Multiplayer: by gathering in a Lobby and visiting the various facilities at your base, or by responding to Join Requests and participating in quests that are already underway. Connect to other hunters anywhere you want!

*Online play requires a paid subscription to Nintendo Switch Online.
