Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia announced the release date for its latest Gundam title, SD GUNDAM BATTLE ALLIANCE, to be on Thursday, August 25, 2022 during the Gundam Game Fest that took place earlier today.
The title’s second promotional video, as well as new information pertaining to game editions and purchase bonuses that will be available, were also made public.

SD GUNDAM BATTLE ALLIANCE is an action RPG that allows players to battle Super Deformed (SD) versions of Mobile Suits from the Gundam series. The story takes place in G: Universe, a world where Gundam canon twists and turns in ways no one can predict, due to a strange phenomenon known as Breaks.
It is the player’s task to set the story straight by clearing various missions. The game can also be played in multiplayer mode, encouraging players to lead a 3-unit squadron to experience exciting cooperative battles. Players can obtain blueprints to develop new Mobile Suits, customize their favorites as they see fit, and test their skills in a wide variety of missions.
The latest promotional video released today contains information about game mechanics such as missions and mech customization, as well as purchase bonuses.
