Bonus Update Ver.16 for the massive expansion MONSTER HUNTER RISE: SUNBREAK (Nintendo Switch / Steam ver) of MONSTER HUNTER RISE will release today.

This time we will introduce the bonus update such as the final additional monster!

Primordial Malzeno

This monster is the original form of Malzeno before it was tainted by the Qurio. Normally, the monster uses its wings and tail elegantly just like a knight. When under the Qurio’s influence, the monster will be transformed and forced to corner its prey. In its “Bloodlust” state, which appears when Qurio’s influence peaks, the monster wields tremendous power. Affected by the explosive energy corrupting its body, it sometimes shows behavior as if struggling against the overwhelming force.

Use materials from Primordial Malzeno to craft new weapons and armor!

Primordial Malzeno quest will be available at MR 10 or higher. Please look forward to the new weapons and armor crafted using its materials after slaying it.

Improve armor Augmentation with new slots

Augment: Slots+

One of the skills and defensive effectiveness of the armor can reduce easily, in exchange this is a strengthening method for the slot that certainly appears.

Add several new decorations

When you complete certain quests and advance the storyline, new decorations will be added to the Smithy.

Add new event quests that provide special rewards

After the Bonus Update, there will be new Event Quests until Thu, 27 July 2023. These Event Quests will be very tough and provide a solid challenge. You can earn a variety of rewards, such as layered armor. Cease the chance and challenge yourself!
