Capcom is thrilled to announce a Monster Hunter series collaboration with JAPAN RAIL CAFE to celebrate the highly anticipated launch of Monster Hunter Wilds.
From April 14 to May 31,2025, this collaboration promises to thrill fans with an immersive in-café experience such as thematic installations, unique food packaging, limited-time dining offerings, rare collectibles and interactive activities inspired by the vibrant world of the series. Be it as a longtime fan or a newcomer to the series, all guests are invited to indulge in a one-of-a-kind dining adventure!
FEAST LIKE A HUNTER
Embark on a culinary journey with a time-limited set menu ($18++) which comes with a choice of four hearty mains, each served in a Monster Hunter-themed bowl – The Chicken Namban Don offers a crispy breaded chicken cutlet topped with rich namban sauce over a bed of rice; while the Pork Shogayaki Don highlights tender stir-fried pork slices coated in a fragrant ginger sauce. Seafood lovers will enjoy the Salmon Avocado Don, which pairs fresh salmon sashimi with avocado; or relish in the bounty of the sea with Kaisen Avocado Don, a delightful option that showcases a combination of salmon sashimi, scallops, salmon roe and avocado, all drizzled with a refreshing radish soy sauce. Every main comes with a non-alcoholic drink of choice from the café’s menu.
As an added bonus, with every order of the set menu, each diner will receive one of five collectible placemats at random, as well as a collectible coaster made with a waterproof surface and cork backing; with ten different coaster designs to collect, there is plenty to hunt for, making every visit unforgettable!
For dessert, diners can look forward to a brand new menu item, the Bunny Dango ($12++), a chewy and sweet Japanese rice dumpling dessert inspired by Monster Hunter Rise and specially crafted for this occasion. Every dessert ordered comes with a non-alcoholic drink of choice from the café’s menu.
To make the deal sweeter, each purchase of the Bunny Dango comes with a free illustrated coaster featuring one of ten exclusive designs inspired by iconic monsters from the Monster Hunter universe!
A PORTAL TO THE WORLD OF MONSTER HUNTER
Be transported into the world of Monster Hunter as the café’s interior will be studded with a variety of prints depicting key visuals from the main entry titles. A curated collection of artwork showcasing cover art from all previous Monster Hunter titles will be displayed throughout the space. This collection honors the legacy of the franchise and its impact on the gaming world, offering fans a visual journey through the evolution of Monster Hunter over the past two decades. In addition, a dedicated photo area in the café allows guests to step into the world of Monster Hunter Wilds, with character and monster-themed visuals providing the perfect backdrop for capturing cherished moments.
Fans will also be charmed by the ‘Palico’ cooking cats, adorning the café from the kitchen to the glass walls and bringing a ‘paw-sitive’ flair to the space. To level up the ambiance, game music and video clips will also be playing throughout the café, creating an atmospheric backdrop for diners.
ACTION-PACKED ACTIVITIES
In the spirit of true camaraderie, a Monster Hunter community board will be set up, and fans are invited to join the fun by sharing about their favorite weapons and play experiences, sparking lively discussions and strengthening the bond between fellow hunters.
For those seeking exciting challenges, a special one-month quest beckons where brave hunters can work together to complete dynamic missions across JAPAN RAIL CAFE’s social media platforms and earn irresistible rewards, including discounts for all patrons to the cafe, as well as exclusive plushies of characters from the games sponsored by Capcom!
